3. Estimates & Proposals

All project estimates or proposals issued by Dream Home Renovations are based on the information provided by the client at the time of consultation.

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • Any changes to project scope, design, or materials may affect pricing and timeline.

  • Work begins only after the client’s approval and signature on the proposal or contract.

4. Payments & Billing

Payment terms are specified in your project agreement or invoice. Typically:

  • A deposit is required to secure materials and schedule.

  • Progress payments are made at specific project milestones.

  • The final balance is due upon project completion.

Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or electronic payment. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in suspension of services or legal action to recover owed amounts.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Obtain necessary permissions from HOAs or property managers (if applicable).

  • Review and approve materials and designs promptly.

7. Warranties & Quality Assurance

We may use photos or videos of completed projects in Santa Clarita, Woodland Hills, Agoura Hills, and surrounding California areas for portfolio or promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, designs, and project photos — is owned or licensed by Dream Home Renovations. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this material for commercial purposes without written consent.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith discussions.


If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California and handled in the local courts serving Santa Clarita, CA.
